Search the web for more info on the TV Licence fee. 
We, the undersigned demand the immediate cancellation of the television licence fee.
We believe this is an indiscriminate tax that makes no allowance for personal choice and indeed pays for no meaningful public service.
It is our view that the BBC should be funded by voluntary subscription or sponsorship, and that those who choose not to support the corporation, its aims, values and output, should be free to do so.
The world has moved on since the days when the BBC was central to British life. It is high time that legislation was introduced to catch up with this fact. Any modern government that fails to acknowledge this fact is quite simply defying the will of the people.

What is the point in the TV License? Really? It is pointless, its a waste of money paying for something called Freeview that turns out isn't really free when you got to pay around £150 a year for a colour tv license!? Seriously? I might as well have a license to own a fucking clock to tell time! It is just as stupid.

Time tv license fee was abolished esp for those of us that are paying for virgin or sky packages. i along with millions of others ask the question why should we pay twice? i am charged a lot to view these channels should i choose as part of my package with virgin.my service charges are around £80 per month too so why should we have to pay the bbc! its time the bbc maybe looked to charging the big companys maybe a small amount for each household and they absorbed the cost after all they are airing these channels as part of package deals! stop stinging us mere peeps n hit the big boys!
